Welcome to the Homepage of CREST.

Beginner or experienced stitcher? We meet on Monday evenings from 7.30pm, September to May at Fairweather Hall, Newton Mearns, Glasgow (see Location at top).

Creating textile art of all genres, we welcome visitors and you are welcome to join us.

Thank you to everyone who came along to see our 2025 exhibition. We had a busy three days welcoming visitors and appreciate all the lovely comments and feedback given. A lot of pieces of work were sold and our sales table, which had so many lovely stitched items, was almost bare on the final day! A huge thank you to all our members for contributing to the show, including the delicious selection of home baking in the tea room.

Exhibition

We are holding our 2025 Exhibition of work "Continuing the Creative Journey" at

Broom Parish Church Hall between Thurs 10 April to Sat 12 April, 10am - 4pm each day.

We produce a mixture of textile art from embroidery to mixed media, printing, collage, through a variety of materials. The exhibition will display our journey and experiences created from different inspirations.

FREE ENTRY.

Tea and coffee and home baking will be available and there will be works for sale. We also have a large selection of stitched items, cushions, bags, children's aprons, stitched pictures and much more!
